5. Appointments, Deposits, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Deposits
A $50 deposit may be required to book an appointment. This deposit is applied toward your service unless otherwise stated.
If you miss your appointment (no-show), the $50 deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations / Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, a $50 late cancellation fee may apply.
We reserve the right to charge applicable fees where permitted by law and as disclosed at booking.
6. Promotions, Pricing, and Availability
From time to time, we may offer promotions, limited-time pricing, packages, or special offers. All promotions are subject to change, availability, and any stated limitations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion or offer at any time without prior notice.
Service descriptions, pricing, and availability may change. We also reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an appointment has been booked.
7. Payments
Payments for services are due as communicated at the time of booking or at the time services are rendered, unless otherwise stated.
If third-party payment processors are used, those transactions may be subject to the terms and policies of the processor.
8. Communications and Security
Communications through the Site, online forms, or email may not be encrypted. Please avoid submitting highly sensitive medical information through website forms unless specifically requested through a secure method.
