These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”) operated by Medical Esthetics & Wellness (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Website Content Disclaimer (No Medical Advice)

All content on this Site is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of this Site does not create a physician–patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

2. Eligibility (18+)

Our Site and services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly provide services to minors through online booking.

3. Individual Results and Photographs

  • Varying Results: Aesthetic and wellness services are individualized. Results vary based on medical history, anatomy, and lifestyle. No outcome can be guaranteed.

  • Photographs: Before-and-after photographs are examples of possible outcomes and do not guarantee similar results. All images are owned by or licensed to Medical Esthetics & Wellness and may not be redistributed without written permission.

4. Appointments, Deposits, and Cancellations

  • Deposits: A $50 deposit is required to book most appointments. This deposit is applied toward your service total.

  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up ("No-Show"), the $50 deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited as a late fee.

5. Refund and Package Policy

  • Pre-Service Refunds: A full refund of the treatment cost (excluding non-refundable booking deposits) can be issued to the client prior to the initiation of any clinical service.

  • Initiated Services: No refunds or partial refunds will be issued once a service has been initiated. This includes single treatments and the first session of a multi-session package.

  • Package Credits: If a client is unable to complete a multi-session package, the Medical Director, at her sole discretion, may work with the client to credit the remaining balance toward a different treatment plan. Credits are calculated based on the remaining undelivered services and are non-transferable.

6. Pricing, Promotions, and Availability

We reserve the right to modify pricing, suspend promotions, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. Service descriptions and availability are subject to change. Errors in pricing or descriptions may be corrected even after an appointment is booked.

7. Payments

Payments are due at the time of booking or at the time services are rendered. Transactions may be processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) and are subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Communications and Privacy

  • Security: Email and web forms may not be encrypted. Avoid submitting highly sensitive medical information through these channels.

  • Privacy: Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy laws (HIPAA).

9. Intellectual Property

All text, logos, graphics, and design elements are the property of Medical Esthetics & Wellness. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medical Esthetics & Wellness is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Mary Infantino and her staff from any claims or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law (New York)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
